fine views over Loch Lomond, thoughtfully decorated family room, available local drive suggestions

The bathroom space could use expansion!!! Water pressure in the taps and shower is frustrating!!! A few more toiletries would enhance the experience!!!

The staff was amicable, the breakfast was satisfactory, everything was great. Stylish room, exceptionally comfortable bed and we loved clean bathroom. Essentials that you need, such as thoughtful tea making facilities and coffee, were there. The location was great and incredible for Luss, near restaurants and bars in local area, the lake and the highlands. It also was close to good restaurant.

    low water pressure
    soft pillows

The twin room provided a comfortable layout but felt cramped in the bathroom, especially for larger folks. Water pressure in the taps and shower needs a significant boost. Pillows were too soft for those who prefer a firmer support, impacting sleep quality.

Brodie was a great host, always ensuring I felt right at home. The amazing views of Loch Lomond from my room and during breakfast were lovely. The room itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful amenities like a wee dram of whisky waiting for me each evening.

    No complaints at all.

    fine views
    really good service
    cramped bathroom
    low water pressure
    soft pillows

The fine views from the lounge and deck enhance the experience. Really good service was evident from the cute tea and lemon drizzle cake upon arrival. The bathroom felt cramped was nice, and the water pressure in the shower was disappointing. The pillows were overly soft for comfort, and a grab bar in the shower would be beneficial for accessibility.

    great tips
    amazing location
    low water pressure

The breakfast was very nice, definitely try the full Scottish option. The patio area was perfect. Brodie offered great tips for restaurants nearby, and the location by the loch is amazing.

The only downside was the water pressure in the shower. It could be improved.
